01. How can I pay for my order?

02. To which countries do you ship?

We provide worldwide shipping.

03. What is the delivery time for my order?

Because all orders are on a made to order basis, delivery time may vary from 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note: depending on your location the delivery may suffer an additional delay due to customs.

04. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs* are different for each zone.

  • The Netherlands: €3,50
  • Europe 1: €10
    Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain & United Kingdom (UK)
  • Europe 2: €15
    Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden
  • Rest of the World: €22

*Any additional costs because of a wrong address will be passed on to the customer. Also prices are excluding VAT.

05. What does VAT mean?

VAT is a value-added tax that both EU and non-EU customers pay.

06. What are the return conditions?

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the product. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the product can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed. Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by TRNSPRNT customer services.

07. How can I return my order?

When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and its costs. TRNSPRNT can only process a refund once we have received the product in good order. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track&Trace code and receipts. Please see the terms & conditions page for more information about returning an order.

08. How long does a refund take?

We strive to process your refund within five working days counting from the day we receive the product. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 working days. Also, please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be on your account.

09. Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancelling or changing an order is not possible. This is because after an order is confirmed, the packing and shipping process starts immediately. Of course after receiving your order you can return it within 14 days*, please see our returns page.

10. Will you restock sold out items?

Some designs are restocked every now and then. We advice you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.

11. I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

12. I have placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?

We don’t do sales.
